What can I return?

You may request a return or replacement if:

(a) You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.

(b) You received a product different from what you ordered.

(c) You received the wrong size or variant.

(d) The product delivered is significantly different from what was shown on our website.

Note: For any claim regarding a damaged product, missing item, empty package, or leakage, you must provide a clear unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, your complaint will not be accepted.

What products cannot be returned?

(a) Products that have been used or opened.

(b) Products without their original packaging.

(c) Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

(d) Gift cards or promotional items.

Conditions for Return

(a) Products must be unused and in their original condition.

(b) Original packaging, labels, and invoice should be intact.

(c) Replacement is subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

(a) Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

(b) Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

(c) We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.
